Ben is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Eslancer, responsible for heading day-to-day operations and setting the strategic direction of the Group — ensuring Eslancer remains profitable and continues to grow. He has over 20 years of experience providing consulting and business advisory services, having previously practised in Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Malaysia, and has been actively involved in numerous initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and financial due diligence exercises. Ben holds extensive international networks, particularly across Greater China, Asia Pacific and the Middle East, as well as in Europe and the United States. He graduated from The University of Western Australia with a degree in accounting and finance, and is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of CPA Australia.

Ron brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, spanning research, fund management, institutional sales and investment banking. He began his career with Standard Chartered Bank as a Private Banker, then spent 15 years in stockbroking at Baring's, Nikko and Jardine Fleming. Prior to joining Eslancer, Ron was an Executive Director at JP Morgan Securities covering the Asia Pacific equities markets, where he specialised in marketing to institutional clients, fundraising for listed companies and initial public offerings.

Jean has over 25 years of experience across the financial and consultancy industries, with an extensive network and a deep understanding of the investment environment in Greater China, as well as in Europe and the United States. Prior to joining Eslancer, she worked for several international consultancy firms in London, Hong Kong and China. Jean specialises in fundraising, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance advisory, and graduated from the University of London with a master's degree in Finance.

Michelle has over 8 years of experience in the financial and business advisory industries, having previously practised in Malaysia with an international firm. She holds a strong network across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, as well as Greater China. Michelle graduated from Monash University with a degree in Business and Commerce.

Charmy has over 3 years of experience in the finance and health supplement industries, having previously worked with a Swiss healthcare company. She specialises in the healthcare and nursing sectors. Charmy studied at the University of Alberta, majoring in General Science.
