Ben Tan
Chairman, CEO and Founder
Ben is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Eslancer, responsible for heading day-to-day operations and setting strategic direction of the Group - ensuring Eslancer is profitable and continues to grow.
Ben has over 20 years of experience in providing consulting and business advisory services, having previously practiced in Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Malaysia. He has been actively involved in various initial public offering, mergers and acquisitions, and financial due diligence exercises. Ben has extensive international networking especially in Greater China, Asia Pacific, Middle East as well as in the Europe and the United States.
Ben graduated from The University of Western Australia with a degree in accounting and finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountant
Ron Tan
CIO
Ron brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry including research, fund management, institutional sales and investment banking. He began his career with Standard Chartered Bank as a Private Banker. He spent his next 15 years in stock broking, working at Baring’s, Nikko and Jardine Fleming. Prior to joining Eslancer, Ron was the Executive Director of JP Morgan Securities covering the Asia Pacific equities markets. He specialized in marketing to institutional clients, fund raising for listed companies and initial public offering.
Jean Hou
Senior Director – Consultancy Services
Jean has over 25 years of experience working in the financial and consultancy industries. She has extensive network and a deep understanding and knowledge of the investment environment in the Greater China, as well as in Europe and the United States. Prior to joining Eslancer, Jean worked for few international consultancy companies in London, Hong Kong and China. She specializes in fund raising, cross border Merger and Acquisitions, and corporate finance advisory.
Jean graduated from University of London with master degree in Finance.
Michelle Tan
Director – Advisory Services
Michelle has over 8 years in financial and business advisory industries, having previously practiced in Malaysia with an international firm. She has great network in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia as well as in the Greater China.
Michelle graduated from Monash University with a degree in Business and Commerce.
Charmy Wu
Associate Director
Charmy has over 3 years of experience in finance and health supplement industries. She was previously working with a Swiss healthcare company.
She specializes in health care and nursing industries.
Charmy studied in the University of Alberta, major in General Science.
